Realme released another teaser for its upcoming GT5 Pro flagship phone, and again it focuses on its photography prowess and the telephoto camera in particular. The teaser images reveals a bit more about the "industry's most expensive telephoto setup".

The shooter will employ Sony's 50MP IMX80 sensor coupled with an f/2.6 aperture 3x optical zoom. Interestingly enough, 3x periscope telephoto cameras are rare, but the large sensor mandated folded optics to fit within reasonable thickness.
The setup promises various hardware and software optimizations enabling 6x lossless zoom, as per Realme claims. Moreover, the camera supports up to 120x super zoom.
With a new computing framework and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 doing the number crunching, Realme has achieved 10% better power consumption and up to 44% faster frame processing.
All this sounds quite impressive on paper, but we would have to wait until December to find out how the phone performs in real life.
